Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 January 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Offshore International Bank platform. By opening an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each person may hold only one personal account.

2. Account Tiers and Limits

Account limits are determined by your verified tier (Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Unverified (Basic) accounts are limited to a maximum balance of $1,000 USD equivalent and $100 daily withdrawal. Tier upgrades require KYC verification and are subject to admin approval. The Bank reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

3. Transfers and Transactions

All transfers require PIN authorisation. External transfers may require additional verification codes as determined by the Bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to admin approval. Transaction fees are disclosed prior to confirmation and are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. The Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

5. Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. The Bank is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate — the Bank does not guarantee value. Crypto withdrawals are admin-approved for security and may be delayed.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Bank's liability for any single transaction is limited to the transaction amount. The Bank is not liable for losses arising from market fluctuations, third-party network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
